Cleaner C is a liquid, acidic cleaner that degreases, cleans and removes surface rust of stainless steel surfaces in a one-step process. Cleaner C achieves metallically shiny, grease-free surfaces and is equally suitable for the final cleaning of surfaces after installation as it is for the main-tenance of stainless surfaces with a lot of wear. Particu-larly lime scale- and water-stains can be effectively re-moved with Cleaner C. Apart from the cleaning properties Cleaner C achieves the renewal and strengthening of the passive layer and hence an improvement of the surfaces’ corrosion resistance.
Cleaner C can also be used for the cleaning of aluminum surfaces.

Cleaner C is free from nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and chlorides and thus the restricting regulations governing the use of these chemicals do not apply. Cleaner C does not attack metal surfaces and can therefore be used repeat-edly without affecting the surface appearance.

Cleaner C is supplied as a liquid and is used undiluted. It is applied by brush, rollers, cloth or spray. The tempera-ture of the treated surface should be between + 5° and + 30°C. After a treatment time of 15 to 45 minutes the sur-faces are thoroughly rinsed with water if possible using a high-pressure rinse.
During the application the working instructions have to be followed and protective clothing and safety goggles have to be worn. The rinse water is acidic and has to be dis-posed of according to the statutory laws and regulations.
